Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze global and regional environments and markets for our aircrafts, with a focus on aerial firefighting, emergency response, and special mission operations.

Gather, interpret, and synthesize data related to:

Costs and impacts of wildfires (economic, environmental, and social)
Cost avoidance and operation benefits enabled by aerial firefighting aircraft
Comparative capability and advantages of DHC aircraft
Current environment, operations in the environments DHC aircraft operate.
Develop data driven insights that clearly demonstrate the value proposition of DHC aircraft to a variety of audiences
Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and visual data for use by marketing, sales and leadership teams
Monitor trends, competitor offerings, government policies, and funding program related to firefighting and special mission aviation
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure research findings are accurate, relevant, and actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of experience in marketing, economics, data analysis, aviation management or related field
Experience in market research, data analysis, or strategic research (aviation, aerospace, or public-sector experience is an asset)
Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate into clear, compelling insights
Experience researching government or public-sector markets is highly desirable
Proficiency with research tools, data sources, and presentation software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research projects

Preferred Assets

Knowledge of aviation markets, aerial fighting, or emergency response operations
Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, economic impact studies, or policy research
Experience working with international markets and public procurement processes

Salary Range: Up oto $80/hr

Contract: 6 months
